EVO AI (EVO,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use the EVO AI – Photo & Video Generator mobile application, associated websites and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

1 · Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide to us

• Account & Contact Data  (e‑mail, name, phone—optional).
• User‑Generated Content  photos, videos, prompts, captions and other material uploaded to generate AI outputs.
• Payment Data  purchase receipts and subscription status provided by Apple / Google (we do not store full card numbers).

1.2 Information we collect automatically

• Device & Usage Data  IP address, device model, OS version, language, time‑zone, app interactions, crash logs, diagnostics and advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID).
• Cookies & Similar Tech  first‑party and third‑party cookies / SDKs to remember settings, deliver features and measure marketing performance.

1.3 Face Data

When you upload content containing faces, we process limited facial mapping coordinates to position effects and create requested AI images or videos. We never build biometric identifiers or perform facial recognition. Raw images, AI outputs and derived face data are encrypted in transit and at rest, retained for up to 48 hours and then permanently deleted, unless you choose to save them to your device or cloud gallery.

2 · How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain and improve the Service and its AI generation features.
• Process transactions and manage subscriptions.
• Respond to inquiries, send important notices and product updates.
• Personalise content, measure performance and deliver (optional) marketing communications.
• Detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues.

3 · Legal Bases (GDPR)

We rely on: (i) Contract to deliver the Service; (ii) Legitimate Interest to improve and secure our products; (iii) Consent for optional analytics, marketing and face swap features; and (iv) Legal Obligation where applicable.

4 · Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your Personal Information. We share data only:

• With service providers (e.g., Firebase, RevenueCat, Amplitude, Adjust, Meta, Apple, Google, OneSignal) acting on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
• When required by law (court order, valid subpoena) or to protect rights, property or safety.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to standard safeguards.

5 · Data Retention

• Face & image files: deleted within 48 hours after last edit unless you re‑open the project.
• Transaction & account records: kept as long as you maintain an account and for up to 6 years thereafter for accounting/legal purposes.
• Analytics logs: stored for up to 24 months, then aggregated or erased.

6 · Security

We employ TLS‑encrypted transfer, AES‑256 storage, role‑based access controls, regular audits and ISO‑27001 compliant data‑centre infrastructure. Nevertheless, no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed 100% secure.

7 · Your Rights

Subject to local law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, download or object to processing of your Personal Information. Contact us at evo@evvo.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

8 · Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided Personal Information, please contact us to delete it immediately.

9 · International Transfers

Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

10 · Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted in‑app or on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
